Three simple questions

What I have, what to use, what to buy

No spreadsheets. A name and a space are enough to start; turn on quantity and expiry tracking only where you need them.

What I have

Separate spaces for home and office, each with up to three levels of storage locations.

What to use

Expiry dates per batch, and the batch that expires first is used first by default.

What to buy

Add low-stock items to your shopping list. Confirm the purchase and stock goes up.

Expiry reminders

Catch it
before it expires.

The Reminders view lines up what needs attention day by day. A collapsible week strip shows how many things are due on each day.

  • Turn reminders on per item and choose how many days ahead
  • Nothing is deducted automatically — you decide to use or discard
  • Planned shopping dates show up on the day too

Daily digest

One reminder
a day.

Expiring items, restocks and shopping to-dos are combined into a single notification at the time you choose — never a flood of alerts.

  • Toggle expiry, restock and shopping reminders separately
  • Pick one daily delivery time in Settings
  • Everything is always visible in the app, too

Batches

Every batch,
its own date.

Bought the same thing twice with different dates? Track each batch separately and see the total at a glance.

  • Quantities with up to 3 decimal places for weight or volume
  • Every restock and use is logged
  • Photos, notes and tags all in one place

Shopping list

Write it down.
Stock it up.

Shopping items are grouped by planned date and can link to items you already track. Check one off and the amount you actually bought goes into stock.

  • Purchased and stocked quantities are confirmed separately
  • Share the list with family
  • Stock never changes without your confirmation

Snap a photo or pick one, then note the brand or size.

  • Batch date edits

Adjust dates on several records at once.

  • Share the list

Send your shopping list to whoever is heading to the store.

Available in English and Simplified Chinese.

iCloud sync

New device, same inventory

With the same Apple Account, your items, batches and shopping list sync across your iPhones through iCloud. Core features work offline and catch up when you’re back online.

Sync across devices
When the same record changes on two devices, the latest edit wins.
Local versions
Previous versions are kept on the device so you can roll back a mistake.
Restores sync too
With sync on, a restored version is carried to your other devices.

What we believe

  1. 01

    Light to enter

A name and a space are enough. Add the rest when you need it.

  2. 02

    Numbers you trust

Buying and stocking are separate steps. Nothing changes unconfirmed.

  3. 03

    Quiet reminders

At most one digest a day, at a time you choose.
